1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ultra Pay Microfinance Bank ("Ultra Pay", "we", "us"). By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our services

Ultra Pay is a licensed microfinance bank offering digital banking services, including account opening, wallet funding, domestic and international money transfers, and bill payments, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals of legal age and to registered businesses. You must complete our identity verification (KYC) process and provide accurate, up-to-date information before transacting.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful and current information at all times
• Keep your login details and PIN confidential
• Use Ultra Pay services only for lawful purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account

5. Fees and transactions

Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Ultra Pay reserves the right to decline or delay a transaction where required for compliance or security reasons.

6. Liability

Ultra Pay takes reasonable care in delivering its services but is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including network failures or incorrect information provided by you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
